All-Natural, GMO-Free Angus Beef and Heritage Pork, pasture raised without any added antibiotics or hormones in the beautiful Bitterroot Mountains, outside Darby Montana. We Grass feed and finish our Beef in the fields right outside the shop, and custom cut and dry age a minimum of 30 and 90 days. Our Hogs forage the fields and eat hay from our pastures, as well as a local Montana non-GMO feed. The animals are in our care from the very beginning to the very end. We never sell factory farm boxed meat, ever. Everything you eat comes from our ranch and the Bitterroot Valley. The all-natural Angus Beef and Heritage Breed Hogs are raised right outside the shop on our family ranch. Ethical, Sustainable and Without any added antibiotics or hormones. the Lamb and Bison are locally sourced from other great Montana ranches and farms. Made with Wines from Hidden Legend Winery, Spices from the Montana Tea & Spice Co. as well as Butterfly Herbs, and Beer from Brigand Brewing and other Breweries in the Area. You can count on our production being Locally Sourced, Sustainable, and Family Operated.
