Seasons End 8 Course Dinner & Wine Pairing

The Double K Ranch raises and processes Beef and Pork from start to finish. Raising the animals from when they are born, all the way until the end, when the enter our meat shop. They are then processed from start to finish in our shop, never having to leave the ranch. Treating the animals with the utmost respect and care is our passion and number one goal on the ranch. Each year we have a farm to table dinner right on the ranch where we can showcase all of these amazing meats. 

This dinner includes 8 courses, 6 savory and 2 dessert, along with wine pairings for each dish. All of the ingredients served are locally sourced, coming from somewhere in the Bitterroot Valley, or other parts of the great state of Montana and the Pacific North West. Helping support other farms and ranches in the area, we want to promote as much of the great produce in Montana as possible. 

The dinner will start at 5pm with a tour of our meat shop, showcasing where all of the meat eaten was processed, cut, and packaged. We will then share a little bit of information about the ranch, and get going with the first courses of food and wine. Any questions about anything from ranching to the meat shop are more than welcome! We not only want this to be a delicious meal, but also a learning experiance where you can absorb as much as you'd like about sustainable ranching and butchery.
