Welcome to the Double K Ranch - Retail Meat Shop
Newly constructed in spring 2022 by Double K Ranch employees, the retail meat shop sells all of the fresh, smoked and cured meats processed on site. Crafted from our own Beef and Pork raised right here on the ranch, as well as Lamb, Goat and Bison from the Bitterroot Valley. Ranging from dry aged Beef New York, Pork Boston Butt, and whole Lamb Legs to Bacon, Pastrami, Jerky. And even Salami, Prosciutto, Pancetta and everything in-between!
All of the meat is butchered in house on the Double K Ranch and the animals never have to leave our care. Because of this, we don't have to ship our animals anywhere, ever. Reducing stress on the animals and keeping our emissions as low as possible. The meat shop is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Charcuterie boards are served out front of the meat shop at our picnic table seating area from 11am - 4pm. Price dependent on meats chosen for board.
