All-Natural Angus Beef and Heritage Pork, pasture raised without  any added antibiotics or hormones in the beautiful Bitterroot Mountains, outside Darby Montana. We Grass feed and finish our Beef in the fields right outside the shop, and custom cut and dry age a minimum of 30 and 90 days. Our Hogs forage the fields and eat hay from our pastures, as well as a local feed made right here in the Bitterroot Valley.
